I’d have to say Instagram is my favourite social media at the moment. Basically, how it works is you choose a picture that you want on your profile and you post it so all of your followers can see it. It’s pretty simple. I like Instagram because I am the most comfortable with this app. I have used Instagram since 6th grade I think. I post a picture probably once every couple weeks.

Another app I tend to use a lot is Snapchat. I like using Snap because the photos you post on your story (sort of like a timeline on Facebook) disappear after 24 hours so you can always start fresh and show how your day is going.
Another feature with this app is you can text and videos chat people, as well as call. For example, right before I started writing this blog, I got off of snapchat with my girlfriend because we were on a video call. So all in all, I would say that there two forms of social media are my favourite.

Let’s talk about school. We did so many projects this year I lost count, but there is one project that I seemed to like the most out of all of them. This was the triangle story problem project in Mrs. Maciocie’s class.

The goal was to write a story that involved a right triangle and make a word problem out of it to find the missing side or angle of the triangle. It took a while to think of a good enough story and you also had to make it a full page which was difficult. I learned that math can be applied in a real world setting. That was my favorite project so far this year in high school.

My favourite show is Naruto. It’s about a boy that is a ninja and he wants to be the leader of his village when he’s older but no one thinks he can achieve his goal. This show holds my attention because at the end of every episode they leave you hanging and I just want to keep on watching it to see what happens next.

The genre is called shounen, this is a japanese genre that means it is a show for adolescent boys usually. The main characters are Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke. The show is so long that there are too many plots to explain them all. I have been watching this show since the summer of my 7th grade year in school, and I tend to watch Naruto anywhere. On my phone, on my computer or on my television.

My Passion

Another thing that kind of ties into that category is wrestling. I’ve been wrestling on and off since 7th grade and I have to say, it’s been really fun. The constant struggle of trying your hardest every time you come into practice, the long days at tournaments. It all was really enjoyable. I also took up another interest back in 6th grade. Longboarding.
